Building Manager
Building ManagementResponsible :
- Responsible for all daily operational activities throughout the region, including engineering, housekeeping, and security
- Control and monitor the implementation of corrective & preventive maintenance, complaints and occupant requests
- Keeping the whole area meeting health and safety standards
- Carry out daily inspections
- Make an annual budget
Requirements :
- Min S1 majoring in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Architecture
- Min 5 (five) years as a Building Manager
- Has good managerial and communication skills
- Good English, oral and written skills
