Project Manager
ProjectJobs Description:
- Providing leadership to the Project Management Team and serving as the interface between the Construction Management Team, contractor, and stakeholders
- Monitoring progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Monitoring contractor’s compliance with the contract and contractor plans and contractor’s compliance with the contract and project management plans
- Attending, and sometimes leading, project meetings and monitoring that the appropriate entity issues timely meeting minutes to be approved by the Construction Manager
- Reviewing and approving required project progress reports for project stakeholders and keeping them informed about the progress and issues
- Performing appropriate surveillance of site activities to monitor whether all safety and quality commitments are being followed and coordinating risk management efforts
- Coordinating site activities between the contractor and the Construction Management Team
- Monitoring construction progress and compliance with schedule, design, and quality
Job Qualifications:
- Jakarta / Manado Domicile
- Male/female, max 45 years old
- Good communications, result oriented
- Min 5 years experience as Project Manager at high rise buildings
- Min education Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering
