AKR Land Development To Sign Contract with Tatamulia Contractor for Gallery West Development

AKR Land Development, signed a contract with Tatamulia, national contractors to build the Integrated GALLERY WEST ''Complex'' in the area of ​​West Jakarta.

"We built the Integrated Complex Gallery West as one of the realization of our dreams to create a great new icon in West Jakarta, particularly in the area of ​​Kebon Jeruk - Kedoya," said Managing Director of AKR Land Development, Widijanto.

Integrated Complex Gallery West is an integrated office area and apartment that combines Lifestyle, Leisure and Business at new height. Standing on an area of ​​2 hectares and a building project of about 150,000 square meters, the complex is equipped with complete supporting facilities, including dry garden and lockable service area, townhomes, barbeque deck lounge and swimming pool, world class hotels, multifunctional ballroom, luxury cars gallery, and museum "Modern and Contemporary Art in the archipelago (MaCAN)" which will be an important icon Gallery West.

People can have an apartment in the Gallery West Residences at competitive basic price, approximately Rp 19 million/m2, or having offices in Gallery West Office Tower with a starting price of around Rp.23 million/m2.
