PT AKR Land Development Wins Five Awards at the 2020 Indonesia Property Awards

PT AKR Land Development won five awards at the same time at the Indonesia Property Awards (IPA) 2020 which was held virtually by PropertyGuru on November 5, 2020.

The five awards were Best Breakthrough Developer for PT AKR Land Development in the Highly Commended category. Then Winner of Best High End Residential Architectural Design for the AKR Gallery West Residences project, which includes a residential town house, namely the architecturally impressive Sky Home.

Next is Winner Best Condo Development for the AKR Gallery West Residence project developed by PT AKR Land Development. Then Best Township Development in the Highly Commended category for the AKR Grand Kawanua International City (GKIC) project in Manado, North Sulawesi developed by PT AKR Land Development.

Finally, the Best Township Masterplan Design in the Highly Commended category for landed house, commercial space and hotel development projects, namely AKR Grand Estate Marina City in Gresik, East Java, PT AKR Surabaya Land Corporindo.

This award was handed over directly by representatives of the IPA 2020 independent jury, namely Managing Director of PTI Architects Doddy A. Tjahjadi to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT AKR Land Development Thomas Go, accompanied by GM Sales of PT AKR Land Development Daniel Salindeho and Head of Marketing of PT AKR Land Development Ario Danu.

Create innovation
According to the CEO of AKR Land Development Thomas Go, that the award that was received was inseparable from the breakthroughs made by PT AKR Land Development in creating property product innovations that match current market needs.

"We see market gaps that we can enter, and we offer products that meet market needs. For example in Manado (Grand Kawanua International City) there is no middle to upper to high-end segment and we are the first to enter and can meet the needs, "said Thomas during the IPA 2020 award ceremony at the Marketing Gallery Office P2 Wisma AKR, Jalan Panjang No. 5, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, Friday (15/1/2021).

Thomas added that his party dared to try and enter segments that actually existed but were not too big, precisely by presenting innovative products such as Sky Home.

"Sky home is a town house with apartment facilities because it is on the 10th floor which has direct access to the swimming pool and community room facilities. So these innovative products are what enable us to survive in times like today, "he added.
