AKR Land Markets New Cluster in Manado

AKR Land Development has launched a new cluster for people who want to invest. The residential area is a development of Kawanua Emerald City, Wednesday (28/3/2018).
"The presence of this new cluster will attract consumers in North Sulawesi and big cities in Indonesia," said AKR Land Development Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Edhi Susanto.
Moreover, seeing the interest from property consumers in Manado is so high, so the cluster will be launched in May.
The cluster is offered to those who want to get comfort with the support of complete facilities in a fully integrated area.
"We provide housing with a one stop living concept, this is really presented by Kawanua Emerald City," he said.
Moreover, the products offered are integrated with modern facilities in the Grand Kawanua International City (GKIC) area. The distance to Manado's Sam Ratulangi Airport is only about five kilometers.
"For North Sulawesi, only in Kawanua Emerald City housing which has a golf course, Transmart, and the largest ballroom in Eastern Indonesia," he said.
AKR Land Development's National General Manager of Sales & Marketing, Ferry Markus, said that in the Beryl cluster, only 156 units were provided.
Those who want to buy must be as soon as possible, because based on previous cluster experience, Amethist with more units was completely sold out in just one month.
"We are optimistic that the latest cluster products will be sold in the not too distant future," he said.
For the new cluster, it provides around 156 units.
"We are very optimistic that the products we offer will be sold. We estimate that after being marketed, they will be sold in no more than one month. This is because, even though it has not been officially launched, this cluster has sold nearly 20 units," he explained.
For the price of the Beryl cluster, it starts at IDR 500 million, with installments starting from IDR 4 million. Payments can be made in cash, credit and home ownership credit. Interested consumers only need to pay for the purchase order number (NUP) of IDR 5 million.
